Wat is jouw missie?

We do tacos at WOLF Antwerp, real ingredients, zero shortcuts, and we want our content to hit the same way.

Your responsibilities:

• Bring the ideas, don't wait for a brief
• Spot what's blowing up on TikTok and Instagram before it's even on our radar, and make it ours instead of a copy-paste
• Film it, edit it, caption it, all yourself
• Help run the content calendar week to week
• Show up once a week at WOLF for a shoot + planning session, and actually get real feedback, not a "looks good!"

Quick thing on AI: cool to use it to bounce an idea around, not cool to let it write the thing for you. If it sounds like a chatbot wrote it, it's not going up. We want your humor, your chaos, your timing.

Wie zoeken we?

• A student who can get to Antwerp once a week
• Speaks Dutch and English
• Lives on TikTok and IG and actually gets why stuff works, not just what's trending
• Comfortable in Canva and CapCut
• Bonus: you've messed with AI video/image tools, run a mailing list, or worked with creators/influencers before

You're a student who's genuinely online, not in a "I check Instagram sometimes" way, but in a "I know why this sound is trending before it hits 100k" way. You've got an eye for what looks good and a gut feeling for what'll actually land. You're comfortable filming and editing yourself, you don't need a script to know what to shoot. You speak Dutch and English, you're based in or near Antwerp, and you can actually commit to showing up every week for 3 months, this isn't a side project you'll ghost after two weeks. You use AI to sharpen ideas, not to replace your own voice. Most importantly, you want this to mean something: a real portfolio, real experience, and a real shot at getting hired, not just a stamp on your CV.

Real mentorship from someone who's actually built food brand content from scratch, not a manager who checks in once a month. Everything you create goes live, straight into your portfolio, no mockups or dummy projects. You'll have real creative ownership on the ideas you pitch.
