Quality System Senior Specialist

Our client, an international healthcare company, is seeking a Quality System Senior Specialist to take full ownership of its Quality Management System. In this family-driven, growth-oriented environment, you will report directly to the Quality & Regulatory Compliance Director, work closely with cross-functional quality and regulatory teams, and play a visible role in shaping quality governance and continuous improvement across the business.

Role Responsibilities

• Own and govern the Quality Management System: Oversee the QMS framework, governance processes, documentation standards and continuous improvement to support global compliance and business growth.
• Lead management reviews, audits & QA training: Plan and steer management reviews, design and maintain the internal audit program, and coordinate QA training to embed a robust quality mindset company-wide.
• Partner across the value chain: Work closely with Operational Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Design & Development Quality and Lifecycle Quality to align QMS processes with regulatory requirements and innovative product development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Science or equivalent
• Several years in a QA / quality assurance in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, ideally a combination of both
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and MDR, plus solid understanding of good documentation practices and GxP standards
• QMS governance & digital fluency: Proficient in MS Office and experienced with QMS software
• Fluent level of English, Dutch would be a big advantage
