Field Service Engineer
2600 € - 3200 € par moisWij zijn op zoek naar een Technieker als visitekaartje voor een gerenommeerd merk binnen huishoudelektro.
Omschrijving
- Je voert herstellingen uit van huishoudelijke elektrotoestellen bij klanten in jouw regio
- Je wisselt onderdelen, onderhoudt toestellen en geeft deskundig advies aan klanten
- Je biedt extra oplossingen aan zoals producten, verlengde garanties of accessoires (met commissiemogelijkheden)
- Je maakt ter plaatse een factuur op wanneer een toestel buiten garantie valt en ontvangt betaling
- Je rapporteert dagelijks je activiteiten en registreert deze in het systeem
- Je plant je werk efficiënt: gemiddeld 8 afspraken per dag, binnen jouw toegewezen zone (Dilbeek - Halle - Ninove)
Profiel
- Je beschikt over een A2-diploma Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig
- Je hebt een basiskennis van huishoudelijke elektro: hoe werkt een wasmachine, droogkast of oven?
- Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie of bent bereid opgeleid te worden om aan de hoge standaard van onze klant te voldoen
- Je bent technisch aangelegd, handig, polyvalent en klantgericht
- Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en je hebt een goede basiskennis Frans
- Je werkt autonoom en efficiënt, beheert tijd en geld verstandig
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B

- Een marktconform salaris (tussen €2600 en €3200) met bonus/commissie (mogelijk extra €300–€400 netto/maand bij verkoop van extra producten)
