As an experienced Azure DevOps Infrastructure as Code Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain automated infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles within Azure environments. About the job | Your responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code using Azure DevOps, Terraform and Ansible Deploy, manage, and secure scalable cloud workloads and containerised environments on Azure Support multi-region deployments to ensure high availability and resilience Automate IT infrastructure processes across servers, virtualisation, storage, network, security and backup platforms Monitor and optimise cloud infrastructure for availability, performance, capacity and security Participate in IT service management activities including Incident, Change, Release and Business Continuity Management Diagnose and resolve IT incidents, documenting root causes and solutions Maintain accurate records of configuration changes and coordinate application updates and upgrades Document processes and monitor IT performance metrics for continuous improvement Collaborate with application support, development teams, testers and stakeholders to enhance application functionality and performance Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders across the bank Act as the IT Application Owner for assigned applications and infrastructure components About you | Your background, skills and personality Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience Min. 4 years' experience in DevOps or DevSecOps role Proven experience in provisioning and orchestrating cloud and digital infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) Fluency in English is essential Hands-on approach: Willingness to roll up sleeves and get involved, demonstrating a down-to-earth attitude to get the job done Collaboration and teamwork: A natural team player who thrives in a flat organisational structure, values input from all levels and actively contributes to the collective success of the team Adaptability and flexibility: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, navigating change effectively Accountability and integrity: Takes responsibility for personal performance and acts with honesty and transparency in all areas Self-motivation and drive: Dedicated and motivated to achieve both individual and team goals, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement Ownership and accountability: Demonstrates a proactive approach in taking responsibility for tasks/outcomes, with a focus on seeing projects through to completion Cross-functional collaboration: Experience in working collaboratively across different teams and departments to foster agility and innovation About Advanzia Advanzia Bank's mission is to make finance easier and more inclusive by offering simple, smart and user-friendly payment and credit solutions that provide financial flexibility and deliver added value for our customers.
