At Shyfter, we think big and move fast. We build powerful HR solutions that help thousands of companies in hospitality, retail and beyond simplify their scheduling, workforce management and payroll.

We are growing by 60% every year and signing more than 100 new clients every month. Already firmly established in Belgium and France, we are building Shyfter into a key European player in workforce scheduling and HR management software.

Now we are looking for a proven sales hunter, fully bilingual in French and Dutch , to accelerate customer acquisition.

Your target: hospitality and retail businesses with 20 to 100 employees.

Deals will not be handed to you on a plate. You will go out and win them. Pick up the phone, get in the car, meet owners, run online demos and turn your own prospecting into signed customers.

The compensation model is straightforward: a modest fixed salary and substantial commissions. Few deals mean modest earnings. Strong, consistent sales mean the opportunity to earn significantly more.

Tasks

You will own the full sales cycle, from finding the opportunity to closing the deal.

• Build your own pipeline through cold calling, targeted outreach, referrals and field prospecting.
• Identify hospitality and retail businesses with 20 to 100 employees and reach the people who make buying decisions.
• Get out in the field: visit businesses, start conversations and secure face-to-face meetings.
• Run focused discovery calls and product demonstrations, both on-site and online.
• Understand each prospect's operational challenges and connect Shyfter's value to their business.
• Follow up consistently, handle objections and create momentum towards a decision.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close new customers.
• Organise your territory and weekly activity to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Keep accurate CRM records and provide realistic sales forecasts.
• Hand over signed customers to Customer Success with clear expectations and context.

You are accountable for self-generated pipeline, new customers, new recurring revenue and quota attainment.

Requirements

• Full professional bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch, spoken and written, is mandatory. You can cold-call, pitch, handle objections and close in both languages.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• At least 3 years of B2B new-business sales experience , with direct responsibility for prospecting and closing.
• A proven, measurable sales track record is essential. Be ready to discuss targets, attainment, customers won, deal size and sales cycle.
• Clear evidence that you generated a meaningful share of your own pipeline.
• Experience selling to SME owners and operational decision-makers, ideally in hospitality or retail.
• Confidence selling both face-to-face and online.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to spend a significant part of your week in the field.
• Persistence, commercial judgement and strong follow-up discipline.
• Motivation to work with a modest fixed salary and a substantial commission component.

Experience at a recognised SaaS startup or scale-up, a direct competitor, or an established POS, payments, HR-tech or hospitality technology provider is strongly preferred.

We are looking for a hunter with results to prove it. You should be comfortable creating opportunities from scratch and taking responsibility for your own performance.
