Votre mission: For one of our clients, we are looking for GL ACCOUNTANT on a
permanent contract. 

Its an international company operating in the industrial automation
and technology sector.

LOCATION: Mechelen

SALARY: Around 4500 - 5200 gross per month

- Paid Overtime Votre profil: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the balance sheet and profit & loss accounts
- You will focus on the Belgium market and part of the German market
- Perform account consolidation and reconciliation activities
- Support accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end
closings
- Assist in the preparation of VAT and corporate income tax (CIT)
declarations, financial statements, and statistical reporting
- Deliver monthly reports and analysis to support other departments

YOUR PROFILE:

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, including Belgian GAAP
(minimum 3y of experience)
- You need to be familiar with an manuel working environment
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a General Accounting role
(BEGAAP)
- An analytical mindset with a high degree of ownership and
independence
- Familiarity with VAT/CIT regulations and non-deductible costs is a
strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & experience with SAP is considered
an asset
- Strong communication skills in English (business proficiency)
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
