Êtes-vous un leader naturel avec une passion pour l’hospitalité ? Nous recherchons un(e) Shift Leader énergique et engagé(e) qui, avec l’équipe de management, garantit une opération fluide, une équipe soudée et le sourire de chaque client.
En tant que Shift Leader, vous dirigez pendant votre service, gardez une vue d’ensemble et êtes le point de contact pour votre équipe. Vous motivez, accompagnez et créez un environnement de travail sûr et positif où qualité et ambiance vont de pair.
Vos missions
- Ouvrir ou fermer le restaurant de manière autonome.
- Encadrer l’équipe avec clarté, enthousiasme et respect.
- Garantir qualité, rapidité, hygiène et satisfaction client.
- Gérer les caisses, l’administration et les rapports pendant votre shift.
- Former, coacher et accompagner les (nouveaux) collaborateurs sur le terrain.
- Maintenir une ambiance d’équipe positive et motivante.
Votre profil
- Première expérience en tant que responsable dans l’horeca ou le retail.
- Flexible : disponible en soirées, week-ends et jours fériés.
- Résistant(e) au stress, positif(ve) et orienté(e) terrain.
- Sens du service client et capacité à motiver une équipe.
- Vous parlez couramment néerlandais ou anglais (d’autres langues sont un atout).
