Sr Global Product Manager - Single-use Mixing Solutions

Senior Global Product Manager at Cytiva (Danaher) to guide single-use mixing product strategy, oversee portfolio planning, and drive new product introductions. This cross-functional role requires market analysis, strategic roadmap development, and collaboration across product management, marketing, R&D, and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies for single-use mixing solutions by identifying market opportunities and assessing competitive landscape
- Create and maintain business portfolio plans and roadmaps, prioritizing global customer segments and demand creation activities
- Oversee product strategy from concept through lifecycle, including pricing, promotion, quality, and rationalization decisions
- Track and analyze global sales performance, margins, supply chain, and quality metrics while gathering customer insights
- Partner with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to develop, test, and communicate product strategies and campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in bioscience, engineering, marketing, business, or related life sciences field
- 8+ years' experience in product management, product marketing, or product development
- Biopharmaceutical industry development or R&D experience
- Expertise in market analysis, NPI processes, product roadmaps, and lifecycle management
- Life sciences product and technical knowledge
- Ability to travel over 40%
Compensation: $120,000-$155,000 base plus bonus/incentive pay
