Votre poste :
- Vous êtes le point de contact central des clients francophones et néerlandophones
- Vous êtes moteur dans le traitement rapide et efficace des demandes
- Vous êtes acteur(trice) de la planification et du suivi des interventions techniques
- Vous êtes proactif(ve) dans la gestion des urgences
- Vous êtes garant(e) d’une communication claire entre clients et équipes terrain
Votre profil :
- Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue FR/NL (oral et écrit)
- Vous êtes orienté(e) service et solution
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques
- Vous êtes dynamique, autonome et réactif(ve)
- Mission en intérim en vue de collaboration long terme
- Temps plein (40h/semaine – horaires de jour)
- 12 jours ADV en complément des congés légaux
- Package attractif avec chèques-repas et remboursement des frais de transport
- Environnement dynamique et équipe engagée
