Your Role, Your Impact
- Architect scalable software platforms supporting high-volume, mission-critical rail operations
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
- Ensure reliability and safety through rigorous testing and validation processes
- Champion innovation by integrating emerging technologies and methodologies
- Promote knowledge sharing and mentorship within multidisciplinary teams
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software architecture or development
- Expertise in system design, cloud platforms, and embedded software
- Strong understanding of safety-critical systems, cybersecurity, and rail industry standards
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide teams and projects
