Data Management Lead
argenx
argenx seeks a Data Management Lead to oversee clinical data integrity and compliance for assigned compounds across their development lifecycle. The role includes leading a Clinical Data Managers team, managing CRO partnerships, and ensuring regulatory readiness from trial initiation through closure.
Responsibilities
- Lead data management strategy alignment with CRO and internal partners for assigned compounds and indications
- Oversee Clinical Data Managers team and provide line management, training, mentoring, and development
- Ensure data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance throughout trial lifecycle
- Manage CRO selection, contract negotiations, and oversight of all data management deliverables
- Establish quality expectations, timelines, and inspection readiness; identify and mitigate risks to clinical development plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in medical, para-medical, biological sciences, pharmacy, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in Clinical Data Management and CRO/vendor management
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work independently and within matrix teams
- Biotech experience preferred
- Autoimmune and/or orphan disease clinical study background preferred
