Hou jij ervan om administratieve ondersteuning te bieden zodat je collega’s op het terrein kunnen zorgen voor de service die onze klanten verdienen? Dan is de functie van projectassistant je op het lijf geschreven!
Als projectassistant ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goede administratieve opvolging van de bestellingen en offertes, alsook voor het ondersteunen van de projectmanager. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie naar de klanten toe.
Wat ga je doen?
- Beheren van de shared mailbox van de sector en tijdig opvolgen van inkomende communicatie.
- Verifiëren van urenregistratie.
- Ondersteunen bij de opmaak van offertes (spin-off projecten).
- Bijhouden en actualiseren van de status van offertes
- Coördineren en opvolgen van toolbox meetings, site-inspecties en time-outs.
- Beheren van leveringen, goods receipts en zorgen voor orde en netheid in het magazijn/bureau.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het uitleenbeheer van gereedschap binnen de sector.
- Organiseren van teambuilding activiteiten per semester.
