Junior AML/KYC Officer - Luxembourg

Job Description What You'll Do: You'll conduct AML/KYC reviews and prepare investor files for various entity types, including Individuals, Companies, Trusts, Foundations, and Regulated Entities. You'll ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards throughout the onboarding process. You'll liaise with auditors, AIFMs, depositaries, compliance teams, and management to collect, review, and follow up on KYC documentation. You'll perform screening, filing, and verification of KYC records, while managing and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders. You'll build strong client relationships, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to an efficient and customer-focused onboarding experience. Qualifications About you: You hold a Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, Finance, or a related field, with recent graduation preferred. You bring 0-1 year of experience in AML/KYC, compliance, or a related function, a valuable asset to your success in this role. You are fluent in English, with proficiency in French or German considered an additional advantage. You demonstrate self-motivation and thrive as a collaborative team player who takes ownership of your work.
