• You translate Microsoft's vision into strategic and sustainable solutions for our clients. You proactively seek out information on Microsoft innovations to deliver maximum impact.

• After client meetings, you develop detailed analyses to determine needs and expectations.

• You design a future-proof ERP architecture that aligns perfectly with your clients’ business goals.

• You use your functional and technical expertise in MS Business Central, .NET, and other technologies to design smart, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

• You create clear implementation plans, including timelines and milestones.

• You monitor execution with the project team and coordinate with the Project Manager on budget, delivery, and scope.

• You take the lead in data migration and change management, orchestrating thorough testing to guarantee a seamless and risk-free transition."

• After your onboarding, a counsellor will guide you through NORRIQ’s approach. You’ll work within project teams or support our consultants and clients with in-depth functional or technical questions.

Which skills do you bring to the table?

• You have at least 5 years of professional implementation experience in an MS Business Central environment.

• You are familiar with ERP business processes.

• Experience with MS Dynamics NAV versions or other ERP applications is a plus.

• Experience or knowledge of C/AL, AL, Power Platform, Visual Studio, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 5/6/8, C#.NET, SQL Server, BI, SSIS, SSRS, Azure, DevOps, or CRM is a plus.

• You preferably hold a degree in IT, economics, or business administration – or your experience speaks for itself.

• You’re analytical, a strong communicator, and solution-oriented.

• You enjoy working in a team but can also take the lead independently.

• You’re quality-driven, flexible, and client-focused.

• You speak fluent Dutch and can express yourself professionally in English.
