De Belgische entiteit maakt deel uit van een bredere Europese groep en kent een historisch gegroeide, gelaagde juridische structuur met meerdere operationele vennootschappen.Door sterke groei en eerdere overnames is de structuur vandaag complex.
In het verleden zorgde dit voor vertragingen in statutaire rapportering en compliance-uitdagingen. Intussen is een inhaalbeweging ingezet en bevindt de organisatie zich opnieuw op het juiste spoor. De volgende stap is het duurzaam verankeren van processen, het vereenvoudigen van de structuur en het creëren van stabiele governance-routines.In deze sleutelrol neem je ownership over audit, statutaire verplichtingen, entiteitsbeheer en M&A-impact.
