L'entreprise évolue d'un modèle fortement basé sur l'expérience individuelle vers une structure commerciale plus cohérente et prévisible.

- rôles et responsabilités clarifiés
- méthodologie commerciale unifiée

Votre arrivée s'inscrit dans la phase de consolidation: renforcer la qualité du portefeuille, stabiliser la relation et faire progresser la croissance rentable.
Vos responsabilités
- Gérer et fidéliser votre portefeuille clients en maîtrisant les enjeux de continuité et de satisfaction
- Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales (cross- / up-sell)
- Construire un pipeline clair et prévisible, avec forecast régulier et reporting CRM fiable
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients de manière ciblée et alignée sur le potentiel régional
- Préparer, argumenter et négocier les renouvellements et extensions contractuelles
- Coordonner avec les équipes Service & Customer Operations pour garantir la qualité d'exécution
- Contribuer activement au rythme commercial collectif et à une culture de performance durable.
Candidat
Votre profil
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en vente B2B, idéalement dans un environnement de services ou de solutions contractuelles.
- Capacité à structurer votre activité: préparation, suivi, priorisation
- Solide sens relationnel et aptitude à comprendre les enjeux opérationnels et économiques des clients
- À l'aise dans un environnement qui évolue vers plus de méthode, transparence et exigence constructive
- Français courant et anglais professionnel
- Le néerlandais est un avantage, pas une condition
- Envie d'assumer un rôle visible avec une responsabilité directe sur les résultats du portefeuille

Le rôle Vous prenez en charge un portefeuille de clients au sein d'une organisation qui renforce actuellement sa maturité commerciale. Votre mission va au-delà de la gestion quotidienne: vous sécurisez les relations, développez la valeur des contrats et construisez des partenariats durables. Vous travaillez dans un cadre clair, avec segmentation définie, objectifs précis et accompagnement de proximité.
