Principal Assistant (Staff) for NATO with security clearance

This position is responsible for managing software vendor and supplier relationships, with a primary focus on overseeing the ITSM ticketing queue within the ECAM team. The role involves participating in projects requiring software solutions, creating Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in the financial system, and monitoring the distribution of software licences to customers across all NATO Divisions. Close collaboration with the Acquisitions (ACQ) team is required to resolve ordering system issues, including software pricing anomalies, to improve ECAM processes. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) must be consistently met to ensure timely software licence delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the ITSM ticketing queue coming into the ECAM

• Participate in projects needing software solutions, such as NASO

• Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) inside the financial system for software requests

• Monitor and distribute software licence delivery to customers (all NATO Divisions)

• Interact with our direct colleagues in Acquisitions (ACQ) team, about the ordering system, to include software pricing, and other anomalies, to benefit the ECAM processes.

• All the time, being mindful of the ECAM SLAs to deliver software licences on time

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 3 years of professional work experience.

• Keen attention to details, with an understanding of tasks prioritisation.

• Already worked on NATO related accounts and is aware of the NATO processes

• Experience with ITSM type tools and systems
