Tu développes ton portefeuille clients.Je gaat prospecteren, afspraken maken, onderhandelen en partnerships uitbouwen.
Tu cherches des candidats.
Je schrijft vacatures, doet sourcing, interviews, referenties en volgt jouw dossiers van A tot Z op. Un client appelle?
Tu réponds. Een kandidaat heeft vragen?
Jij helpt verder. Contracten?
Administratie?
Planning? Ça fait partie du jeu.

- Een voltijdse functie avec un CDI, bien évidemment
- Je werkt 40u per week, waardoor je recht hebt op 12 extra verlofdagen per jaar
- Ons uurrooster is flexibel en ziet er als volgt uit: je werkt tussen 8u en 18u, 8u per dag. De permanentie binnen de kantoren is voorzien tussen 8u30 en 17u30. Geen weekendwerk bij ons.
- Une fois autonome dans ta fonction, tu peux également télétravailler deux jours par semaine .
- Wij bieden jou een interessant loonpakket dat je deels zelf kan samenstellen via ons Cafetariaplan.
