Wat je gaat doen als Trainee:
- Opbouwen van een grondige product - en marktkennis .
- Ondersteunen van de commerciële binnendienst en klanten professioneel verder helpen.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van klantenrelaties binnen de Benelux.
- Werken met een ERP-systeem en commerciële dossiers correct opvolgen.
- Behandelen van klantvragen en klachten op een oplossingsgerichte manier.
- Nauw samenwerken met sales , logistiek en management .
- Stap voor stap doorgroeien richting een rol die aansluit bij jouw talenten en ambities.
Het profiel
Wie jij bent als Trainee:
- Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Young graduate of een eerste relevante werkervaring .
- Communicatief sterk en commercieel ingesteld .
- Leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
- Proactief , oplossingsgericht en een echte teamspeler.
- Perfect Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans .
- Interesse in een familiale onderneming met een duurzame visie .
