Receptionist

G2 are currently searching for a Receptionist on a permanent basis, for a client based near to Kortrijk, Belgium.

The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for the business while providing key administrative support to the management team. This role will combine front-of-house responsibilities with hands-on coordination and organisational support across the office.

This is a varied and fast-paced position, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer-facing duties with internal administrative support and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

The client operates within the FMCG sector, so experience in a fast-moving, commercial, or production-driven environment would be highly advantageous.

Location: Near to Kortrijk, Belgium

Start: August 2026 onwards

Salary: €3000 - €5000 per month + Package

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers

• Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries

• Coordinating meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements for management

• Assisting with office coordination and ordering

• Helping organise internal events and team activities xlxgzvr

Requirements

• Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or assistant role

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively

• Excellent communication skills with a professional approach

• Professional level in English, French and Dutch (essential)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
