About the role
As an AP Accountant, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of all accounts payable activities. 
You will play a key role in safeguarding financial accuracy, monitoring cash flow, and supporting internal and external stakeholders. 
Within DSV Belgium, you will collaborate closely with the Shared Service Center in Poland and local teams to guarantee correct processing, reporting, and follow-up of financial transactions.

Duties:

•    Prepare daily payments and revieuw payment batches
•    Control and follow up on Masterdata issues
•    Review and approve changes to bank accounts;
•    Process incoming supplier invoices;
•    Monitor and control the internal webcost application;
•    Handle incoming supplier statements;
•    Ensure accurate follow-up of AP ageing;
•    Act as a key point of contact for AP-related matters, both internally and externally.

Are you the perfect fit?

•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
•    First experience within accounting (AP or treasury is a plus)
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
•    Team player with a proactive mindset
•    Good knowledge of English, Dutch, and French
•    Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word
