Notre client est un cabinet de conseil juridique reconnu pour son expertise pointue dans les domaines de l'urbanisme, de l'aménagement du territoire, de l'environnement et du développement immobilier. Il accompagne au quotidien des promoteurs, investisseurs, entreprises, autorités publiques et autres acteurs du secteur immobilier dans la sécurisation et la concrétisation de projets complexes.
Grâce à une approche multidisciplinaire et un vaste réseau de partenaires spécialisés, le cabinet intervient sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets, depuis leur conception jusqu'à leur réalisation, avec pour objectif de garantir leur sécurité juridique tout en facilitant leur développement.
Votre fonction :
En tant que Legal Consultant Urbanisme & Environnement (m/f/x) , vous intervenez sur des dossiers à forte valeur ajoutée liés au développement immobilier, aux permis, à l'environnement et à l'aménagement du territoire.
Vos responsabilités comprennent notamment :
- Conseiller et accompagner les clients dans le cadre de projets immobiliers et d'aménagement du territoire.
- Analyser les contraintes réglementaires et identifier les solutions juridiques les plus adaptées aux objectifs du projet.
- Participer à la préparation et au suivi de demandes de permis d'urbanisme et d'environnement.
- Assurer le suivi des procédures administratives et des relations avec les autorités compétentes.
- Accompagner les clients dans la gestion des recours et contentieux administratifs.
- Réaliser des analyses juridiques, due diligences et études de faisabilité réglementaire.
- Conseiller les clients sur des questions liées à l'environnement, à l'énergie et à l'évolution des réglementations sectorielles.
- Intervenir sur des problématiques de droit civil immobilier et contribuer à la structuration juridique des projets.
- Participer activement au développement des relations clients et à la visibilité du cabinet sur le marché.

Votre profil pour le poste de Legal Consultant Urbanisme & Environnement (m/f/x) :
- Master en droit.
- Entre 5 et 10 ans d'expérience dans les domaines de l'urbanisme, de l'aménagement du territoire et/ou de l'environnement.
- Solide maîtrise des réglementations et procédures administratives applicables aux projets immobiliers.
- Intérêt marqué pour les enjeux liés à l'énergie, à la transition énergétique et au droit civil immobilier.
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction.
- Approche pragmatique et orientée solutions.
- Capacité à gérer des dossiers de manière autonome tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec une équipe d'experts.
- Francophone (langue maternelle ou équivalent), la connaissance du néerlandais et/ou de l'anglais constitue un atout.
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles et forte orientation client.
