Voor een wereldwijd toonaangevend online boekingsplatform zoeken wij een Nederlandstalige Customer Support Agent die met professionaliteit, empathie en oplossingsgerichtheid klanten ondersteunt bij hun reisgerelateerde vragen.
Deze functie biedt de kans om te werken in het hart van Athene, een stad waar historie en modern leven samenkomen, of – onder bepaalde voorwaarden – op afstand vanuit Griekenland.
Functiegegevens
- Functie: Customer Support Agent (Booking Project)
- Talen: Nederlands (C2) + Engels (minimaal B2)
- Locatie:
- Remote binnen Griekenland (alleen bij tijdige aanmelding vóór 2 weken en woonachtig in Griekenland)
- Of onsite in centraal Athene
- Contract: Vast contract, fulltime (40 uur per week / 5 dagen per week)
- Werkuren:
- Maandag t/m vrijdag: 10:00 – 18:30
- Zaterdag & zondag: 11:00 – 19:30
Werkvorm
- Remote werken is enkel toegestaan binnen Griekenland en vanaf het opgegeven woonadres
- Minimaal internetsnelheid: 25 Mbps
- Bij verminderde prestaties kan onsite werken worden vereist
- Bedrijfscomputer wordt voorzien voor remote medewerkers
- Kantoor in centraal Athene, goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer
Training
- Betaalde training van 3 weken
- Begeleiding om je volledig voor te bereiden op de rol en systemen
Salaris en voordelen
- Bruto salaris: €1.500 x 14 betalingen per jaar
(ongeveer €1.750 bruto per maand inclusief bonussen verspreid over 14 betalingen) - €50 maaltijdvoucher per maand
- Privé ziektekosten- en levensverzekering
- Prestatiebonussen (projectafhankelijk)
- 25 vakantiedagen per jaar
- Vast contract met langdurige stabiliteit
Relocatieondersteuning (voor kandidaten buiten Griekenland)
- Tot €300 vliegticketvergoeding (uitbetaald met eerste salaris)
- 3 weken hotelaccommodatie dichtbij kantoor
- Ondersteuning bij juridische documenten en onboarding
- Aankomst in Athene vereist 7 dagen vóór startdatum
- Verplichte onsite periode van minimaal 3 maanden voor relocatiekandidaten
- Geen luchthavenpickup of huisvesting na hotelperiode
