Van ERP Consultant naar ERP Application Owner
Werk je vandaag als ERP Consultant, ERP Analyst of ERP Application Specialist?
Dan ken je de realiteit van:
ERP implementaties, go-lives, support, change requests en projectomgevingen.
Misschien voel je dat je klaar bent voor een volgende stap:
minder consultancy en projectrotatie, meer verantwoordelijkheid en ownership over één ERP landschap.
In deze rol maak je bewust de stap richting interne ERP Application Ownership binnen een industriële omgeving .
Over de context
Je komt terecht in een internationale industriële organisatie binnen een sterk operationele en logistieke productieomgeving.
De organisatie bevindt zich in een actieve ERP-transformatie waarbij een nieuw ERP-systeem recent werd ge mplementeerd met externe ondersteuning.
De focus ligt nu op:
- stabilisatie na go-live
- verdere uitrol naar Europese sites (een lang verblijf in het buitenland is hier niet van toepassing)
- optimalisatie van ERP-processen in productie en supply chain
- interne verankering van kennis en ownership
Jouw rol
Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de ondersteuning en verdere uitbouw van het ERP-systeem binnen de organisatie.
Je werkt op het kruispunt van:
ERP support, implementatie en procesoptimalisatie.
Je groeit stap voor stap richting een interne ERP Application Owner rol.
Wat je doet ERP support & applicatiebeheer Eerste aanspreekpunt voor ERP gebruikers (business, operations, finance, supply chain) Oplossen van functionele ERP-incidenten en vragen Ondersteunen van key users in dagelijkse werking Configuraties en functionele verbeteringen doorvoeren in ERP Training en documentatie ondersteunen Gebruik en datakwaliteit opvolgen ERP implementatie & uitrol Ondersteunen van ERP roll-outs en uitbreidingen Workshops met business teams (logistiek, productie, finance) Vertalen van business requirements naar ERP-oplossingen Go-live ondersteuning en post-go-live stabilisatie Stap voor stap groeien in projectownership ERP in productie- en supply chain omgeving Ondersteunen van kernprocessen zoals: voorraadbeheer productie- en materiaalstromen inbound/outbound flows Brug vormen tussen business en ERP systeem Verbeteren van end-to-end processen in het ERP landschap Logistieke ervaring is een plus, maar geen doorslaggevende vereiste.Jouw profiel
Jouw profiel 4 tot 7 jaar ervaring in ERP Ervaring als ERP Consultant, ERP Analyst of Application Specialist Ervaring met ERP implementaties, roll-outs of go-lives Ervaring met support en/of configuratie van ERP systemen Sterk functioneel inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen Pluspunt: affiniteit met supply chain, productie of logistieke omgevingen Jouw mindset Je wil uit een klassieke consultancy- of projectomgeving stappen Je wil meer ownership over systemen en processen Je werkt graag dicht bij de business en operatie Je wil ERP niet alleen implementeren maar ook beheren en verbeteren Je bent klaar om door te groeien naar ERP Application Owner / functioneel verantwoordelijke rolTaalvaardigheden
