What will you do?

As a Business Development Representative, you are the key engine behind our sales pipeline. Your main focus (80%) is on outbound lead generation and prospecting across the Polish and international market. You do not close deals yourself; your goal is to connect with key decision-makers and secure high-value meetings for our Sales Engineers.

• Proactively generating and qualifying new B2B business opportunities through outbound calls and tailored email campaigns.
• Prospecting and engaging decision-makers across a broad portfolio of industrial and manufacturing companies.
• Scheduling high-quality meetings for Sales Engineers and supporting them with client visit coordination.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline data in the CRM system and handling customer follow-ups.
• Representing the company and connecting with potential clients at international trade shows and exhibitions.

What do we offer you?

• Competitive base salary of approximately €42,000 gross per year.
• Performance-based bonus system around €5,000 gross per year (total package up to €47,088+ annually).

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Languages, or a relevant field (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
• Native or fluent proficiency in Polish and professional working proficiency in English.
• Self-motivated, resilient, target-driven, and comfortable conducting high-volume outbound calls.
• In possession of a valid driver's license and living in (or willing to relocate to) the Mechelen / Antwerp region.
• A proactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a desire for rapid personal and professional growth.
