This role places you at the heart of global coordination, rule validation, and operational excellence.

Your role in our team
As an Aladdin Functional Expert, you play a key role in transforming and harmonizing investment monitoring across multiple entities. You contribute to a major system migration, ensure the quality and compliance of investment rules, and act as a central point of coordination between countries, business teams, and the technology organization. Your expertise supports the global deployment of the Aladdin platform and strengthens the efficiency of investment guideline control.

How you strengthen our team
Functional & Technical Expertise
✔ Strong knowledge of investment monitoring / compliance rules (UCITS, AIF/FIA, contractual and statutory rules)
✔ Experience with Aladdin (BRS) — ideally in rule coding, rule testing, guideline implementation, or functional analysis
✔ Understanding of portfolio management processes, investment instruments, and AM operations
✔ Ability to write and challenge functional specifications and test cases
✔ Good command of testing methodologies (test strategy, execution, documentation)

Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills
✔ Excellent analytical mindset to interpret investment guidelines and translate them into system rules
✔ Ability to troubleshoot rule behaviour and collaborate with technical teams
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure complete rule coverage

Project & Coordination Skills
✔ Experience in system migration, global rollouts, or multi‑country projects
✔ Ability to coordinate with central teams, IT, vendors, and local entities
✔ Strong organisational skills to manage deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication
✔ Experience working in international environments is a plus

Communication & Collaboration
✔ Ability to explain complex concepts to business, IT, and central stakeholders
✔ Strong teamwork mindset — comfortable working with cross‑functional and remote teams
✔ Proactive attitude, constructive communication, and ability to challenge when necessary

Language & Tools
✔ Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English
✔ Experience with Aladdin (core requirement)
✔ Knowledge of Excel / reporting tools
