The Receptionist role in our Aspria Brussels Arts-Loi club is the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills who wants to be part of the fast-moving and dynamic world of Health Clubs.

Your responsibilities

• Welcoming members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite welcome
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Taking bookings promptly and efficiently
• Dealing with Members complaints and answer requests/questions
• Collecting all payments from the Members by cash, credit card in accordance with information and correspondence received and dispense change
• Interacting and co-operating fully with all Club Department

Your background

• First work experience in a Customer Service environment
• Fluent in French and English - another European language is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Stress resistant
• Highly organized and at ease with reservation software
• Flexible, shifts are between 06.30 and 22.30 and we are open during the weekend from 09.00-19.00
• Great team spirit and energetic personality
