Brussels (Hybrid) | Insurance & Financial Services | 6‑month contract

We’re looking for a Product Owner to drive digital transformation in the Employee Benefits domain. You’ll be the bridge between business and IT, shaping customer, partner, and employee journeys while ensuring strategic objectives translate into real value.

What you’ll do

• Define vision, roadmap & priorities for EB products
• Own and prioritize the product backlog
• Translate business needs & regulatory requirements into features and user stories
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Agile teams & architects
• Support Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Validate solutions against business requirements & customer outcomes
• Monitor market trends & drive digital innovation

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in product ownership, digital transformation, or business transformation
• Strong affinity with financial services; insurance/Employee Benefits xlxgzvr knowledge preferred
• Agile/Scrum experience (SAFe a plus)
• Languages: Dutch or French (native/bilingual) + English (professional proficiency)
