Senior IT Data Analyst

Responsibilities

- Organize and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Analyze requests for new datasets and reporting requirements.
- Perform functional analysis including business rules definition, data profiling, quality criteria, security requirements, and source-to-target mapping.
- Design solutions for data ingestion, storage, transformation, distribution, and data consumption.
- Define and maintain coherent data domains and data assets over time.
- Translate business requirements into conceptual and logical data models aligned with company standards.
- Explain functional requirements and business logic to development teams.
- Ensure consistency, integration, and reuse of data models across departments.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand architecture, infrastructure, security requirements, and data platform organization.
- Support automated data loading processes and integrations with various data sources.
- Contribute to data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data management standards.
