Your responsibilities *Your daily tasks Manage the complete inventory of IT equipment (workstations, peripherals, telephones, servers, etc.) and software licences. Be responsible for tracking the life cycle of assets (acquisition, deployment, maintenance, replacement, retirement). Ensure compliance with licences and maintenance contracts. Produce regular reports on the status and use of IT assets. Participate in budget planning for asset renewal and optimisation. Ensure the safe decommissioning and disposal of equipment, in accordance with safety and environmental standards. Provide first-level support to users (hardware, software, access and network incidents). Record, classify, prioritise and track tickets in the incident management tool. Diagnose and resolve common technical issues, and escalate them to higher-level teams. Ensure the installation and configuration of equipment and software for new users. Contribute to the drafting and updating of procedures and user guides. Maintain a high level of user satisfaction by ensuring fast, high-quality service. *Your other missions Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities). Participating in the integration of new employees Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior -- The required profile Studies / training Higher education diploma (BAC+2) or equivalent experience -- Experience 3 years of experience in a similar role or in the IT domain. -- Skills and knowledge required *IT Tools Mandatory: Microsoft Office suite *Languages Mandatory: French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum) English: operational level in the business (B1 minimum) operational level in the business *Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job Good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ticketing tools.
