Waer Waters, het grootste wellness resort in de Benelux, verwelkomt sinds 2012 gasten in een oase van rust, luxe en ontspanning. Ons 12.000m² grote resort biedt een mix van wellness, fitness en culinaire verwennerij. Met 23 thematische sauna's, 24 diverse baden, 4 restaurants en een breed scala aan behandelingen, creëren we een totaalbeleving voor lichaam en geest voor al onze gasten.
Als Social Media marketeer word je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van creatieve marketingcampagnes om de merkindentiteit te versterken en nieuwe klanten te aantrekken. Je speelt een actieve rol in het beheren en monitoren van de social media, maar verzorgt daarnaast ook de copywriting voor bv. e-mail, SEO geoptimaliseerde blogs en interne communicatie. Daarvoor werk je nauw samen met je marketing manager en de andere marketing collega’s om de marketingdoelstellingen te behalen. Je komt terecht in een ambitieus marketing team waar out-of-the-box thinking, creativiteit en toegankelijke luxe centraal staan.
Je bedenkt en realiseert creatieve marketingcampagnes die onze merkidentiteit versterken en nieuwe klanten aanspreken.Je beheert onze socialemediakanalen (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn …) en bouwt actief aan een sterke en betrokken community.
Je creëert overtuigende content voor blogs, nieuwsbrieven en interne communicatie, steeds met aandacht voor SEO-optimalisatie.
Samen met je collega’s organiseer en coördineer je interne evenementen en samenwerkingen met externe partners. Je volgt de resultaten van campagnes op, analyseert de prestaties en werkt gerichte actieplannen uit om de impact verder te verhogen.
Bachelor in Marketing/Communicatie of minimaal drie jaar relevante werkervaring.
Je leeft en ademt social media en volgt trends op de voet.
Creatieve storyteller en sterke copywriter, met kennis van SEO en SEA.
Affiniteit met wellness, ontspanning, sport, food en hospitality.
Tweetalig (Nederlands en Frans); kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
Flexibel inzetbaar: één avondshift tot 21:30 en één weekendshift (vereist).
Proactief, verantwoordelijk en gemotiveerd om actief mee te denken met de organisatie.
Voltijdse functie (38u/week) in een creatieve en inspirerende omgeving.
