MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Participate to Manufacturing Process definitions from quotation to SOP and beyond
Elaborate and Deploy necessary Standards (KPI, Processes, Tools)
Create with Engineering team the new Manufacturing organization and coach community members in project management
Check and challenge CAPEX initiative and follow-up the execution in liaison with plant and industrial team
Captures proven industrial operational and methodological practice, and deploy them
Design, update and deploys Production Operational Standards, Methodologies and Best Practice
Provides support and assistance to Country and Plant organization

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

Degree level education with preferred specialization in plastics engineering
Experience in preferably automotive industry, at least in mass production business, big size equipment; in developing and applying Lean Manufacturing tools and in training people (designing and delivering)
Team-oriented, customer-oriented, result oriented
English fluent and good level of german language
Ability to travel as required
